tired like hell after the training

Well this challenge is not easy at all!!!! After every training I want to die but the next day, that feeling that I have done something for myself is worth it!

first week : 3 rounds on time  ( 10x swing, 10x pushup, 10x sit up, 10x squat) My time was 4:49.
